Festival of Trees Holiday Business Luncheon

The Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation and the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie are proud to present The Festival of Trees Holiday Business Luncheon. This event features Todd Hirsch, Chief Economist of ATB Financial.

Born and raised in Alberta, Todd completed his BA in Economics at the University of Alberta and his MA in Economics at the University of Calgary. Over the years Todd has served as an economist at the Canadian Pacific Railway, Canada West Foundation and the Bank of Canada. He has written three books; The Boiling Frog Dilemma: Saving Canada from Economic Decline, Halfway Home, and Spiders in Space: Successfully Adapting to Unwanted Change. Todd is the chair of the Calgary Arts Academy and is a member of the University of Calgary’s Board of Governors. Todd writes an Economic Update that is sent out daily to thousands of subscribers called The Owl. You can subscribe at atb.com/economics.
