Canwest Group Benefit Consultants is now hiring in our Grande Prairie, AB location.

We are looking to find positive, team orientated Administrative Support/Client Service Specialists.

The person who is right for this role will;
  • Provide service to customers on the phone and in person.
  • Provide support to Agents.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries, escalating to Agents when appropriate.
  • Prepare client review presentations.
  • Communicate with the extended team in other Canwest Group Benefit locations.

The person who is right for this role must;
  • Have administrative experience.
  • Have exceptional communication skills.
  • Have LLQP licensing or be willing to achieve licensing within 12 months of employment.
  • Be very detailed orientated.
  • Be self motivated and able to complete tasks independently.
  • Be proficient in the suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Be competent in working and succeeding in a fast-paced, deadline driven office environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with personal and sensitive information.

The Administrative Support/Client Service Specialist function is a vital part of our business services at Canwest Group Benefit Consultants. Our highly skilled group of administrative professionals in 8 locations support our valued clients throughout Northern Alberta and B.C..
