The Work Place provides career & employment-related services & resources, at no charge, on behalf of the Government of Alberta. Computers with internet access, resume templates, copying/printing/faxing employment-related information, phone message service, assistance with resume preparation/updating, & online & print job postings are some of the available resources. Also, for the unemployed, appointments are available with an Employment Consultant to receive individualized career & job search services, support, & guidance. Some services provided by the Employment Consultants are assisting with preparing/updating resumes, writing cover letters, completing online applications, interview coaching, acquiring networking skills, & job leads. On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a short, one-time registration form.
